El Mur del Patufet

El Mur del Patufet was an initiative carried out in 2016 that aimed to carry out a collaborative artistic work with primary and secondary students of the Escola Nou Patufet in the neighborhood of Gràcia in Barcelona.

Organized by the Sustainable Art Associationthe ARTistLOVE collective guided the participants on artistic techniques within urban art (muralism, stencil, etc.) to paint, in a free style but in a chromatically guided way, a landscape on the wall of the school playground, which included the three words that make up the motto of this center: Love, Esteem, Passion.

The objectives of this artistic intervention were to show the creative potential of children and young people, to foster a sense of collaboration and to raise awareness of the social, human and educational potential of the Nou Patufet school.
